How can I start working with you?

Simply call me on 07 and we can discuss your requirements. We work together so we can see if we are a good match for each other. If you are happy to work with me, I will send you my contract with all of my terms and what I guarantee for you. We can then agree a mutually convenient appointment time.

What is counselling?

Counselling is a form of therapy where you can share your thoughts or experiences in a safe, non-judgemental environment. But there are many different types. Some involve the counsellor to sit back and just listen, others are more active and involve the use of techniques. With my practice you decide what you want from me and I will follow your lead so that we are working in partnership.

Will counselling work?

I'm not saying I'm going to fix you. Firstly, you are probably not broken. How you are feeling is a perfectly normal reaction to stressful or abnormal events. Secondly, counselling is not about applying a fix, instead it is designed to empower you to make your own changes and explore things in a safe supportive environment. I can say that you will feel differently in as little as 6 sessions from when you first enter counselling.
